My first visit to RiverCity was in July 2022 after I read the many 5 star reviews. I was met by a wonderful receptionist who referred me to this guy who was very patient, very kind and very professional. This company did what 2 previous companies said could not be done. He ask that I bring in 3 frames so they could place the pictures inside them. The catch was it would be completed that Friday and I needed it the very next day (Wed). I even offered to pay extra which he refused. Anyway, they were ready that Wednesday. And when I drove up, the receptionist met me outside with 3 beautiful pictures. She took them back inside and wrapped them in brown paper so they wouldn't get scratched! I was also given an extra picture. I asked her who was the gentleman who assisted me and she said the owner, Scott Levine! WOW! I was impressed! This company did and excellent job and has great customer service! Btw, the pictures was a birthday gift to my BFF and she cried with joy upon receiving them. Thank you so much RiverCity!
